When talking with our customers our main goal as technicians should be to obtain the most information we possibly can for our customers. If they are having a brake problem, then we must do as much detective work as possible to diagnose the specific issue the customer is having with their car. Although, in most situations, we will fully inspect and inform our customers of the brake system condition automatically. It is always a good idea to address the specific braking issue and then inform the owner of their options for the repairs. Many times we find small issues that can be addressed, and then take care of other identified problems when the person is in a good position to meet the expenses of the additional repairs that are needed. At D&L Auto we strive to always inform our customers of all their options when it comes to any repairs on their vehicle.
